ABOUT TAYLOR

After years of immersing myself in health books, podcasts, and learning how to cook primarily plant-based, I knew that I wanted to help others on their path to true health. I took the leap to become a certified holistic health coach as I found that there was a space in the wellness world that needed to be filled.

There is so much hype, fear, and shame in the wellness space and my goal is to make it as joyful, accessible, and neutral as possible. I truly believe food is medicine, and when we nourish ourselves from the inside out, we can integrate that into our lives to be our best selves.

There is no “right” or wrong” way of eating; everyone is different! I invite you to throw away the fad diets and the misconceptions of what it means to be healthy and to embrace listening to your inner voice.
