Date Tahini Reishi Hazelnut Stovetop Granola

1/2 cup millet puffs

1/2 cup organic cereal flakes

1 cup rolled oats

1/3 cups loosely chopped hazelnuts

1/2 TB chia seeds

1/4 tsp cardamom

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ginger

1 tsp reishi (My fave is from Moon Juice. Use code TAYLOR_KITTO15 for a discount off all MJ!)

1/3 cup coconut oil

1 TB date paste

1 TB tahini

Place all dry ingredients into bowl. Heat up oil, tahini, and date paste on low until well incorporated. Pour over dry mixture and mix in well. Place in a med high skillet (I prefer cast iron), and smooth out in pan and let sit for about 2-3 minutes, making sure not to burn, then stir for an additional minute or so until oats turn golden brown. Resist the urge to stir too much so you get those nice scraggy bits! Add in some flaky sea salt to finish!
